My daughter Jenna is turning 5 today and I painted Victoria, the Fairy Queen for her. I thoroughly enjoyed this one--I attempted a sheer effect on the leg, arms, and booty, but didn\'t get it as prominent as I would have liked. That is probably for the best--I shouldn\'t be giving her any ideas at age 5, right? I am sure in 8 or 10 years I\'ll be wishing she was wearing full gowns with long sleeves and a collar up to her chin....
. On the wings, I did whites and grays with a wash of Pearl White from the Reaper MSP\'s. Unfortunately, it didn\'t photograph as well as I would have liked, but in real life it gives an iridescence that is very fairy-esque . I hope you enjoy her. As always, comments and critiques most welcome.
