Hi. I\'d like to show and maybe hear opinions on just finished miniature:
Jesilious
Worked on some textures which may not turn out very well on photos..

It looks pretty good and I can\'t see any flaws with the techniques.

My one point of observation is the dropped sleeve on the figures left arm, which you have painted the inside quite a light colour.
In reality this would be darker fading to almost black due to the shadows within it the sleeve and the presence of the Arm itself blocking light.

I really like the overall \'light\' feel you\'ve managed to achieve. It\'s something I\'ve been working on after carefully studying some of Automaton\'s work. I\'ve yet to pull it off, however.

That cleric is really well done, not much to add to the above.
How are the enigma minis casting wise?

Cleaning mould lines off them takes me ~5 minutes. Metal is smooth, doesn\'t need polishing for anything more than to become shiny. So its very good. Only one thing, metal is rather delicate, so you have to watch out, especially for legs, as they get easily broken.

I elected to paint the entire inner portion of this sleeve nearly black, to totally sidestep the issue of whether it would be partly shadowed

Not bad, but not superb by any means. The two I have both had enough of a mould step on the lower legs for example that a lot of careful filing was needed, although the surface was generally nice and smooth. You can\'t see pics of the green of the second one any more on the Enigma site (the one with a blank mask?) but the front bit of rag coming down from the right knee didn\'t completely fill with metal on the one I got.
Can\'t complain though, since I won them :bouncy:
