It seems there has been a lot of sniping recently (possibly the fan boys out in force) one of mine was sniped yesterday but today it is missing some votes and back to normal and as it is not yet at 50 votes it is not the system so I think the mods are stepping in as well???
I think there might be a new system in place for kicking out sniper votes, I had my latest mini get shot down from 8.9 to 8.5 in a couple of votes (when it was around 30) and then the vote count went down a couple and the score went back to the way it was before. Now it\'s approaching 50 and 8.8...
Every time I post a new model I manage to see it get sniped. Maybe I\'d be happier if I stop checking up on it lol

I started yesterday with 8.7 after 3 votes then it shot from 3 votes to 12 and dropped to 5.9, at one stage I did actually concider pulling it.
Sniping Uberdark is where somebody maliciously votes low scores on your submission, this can happen quite a lot especially during school holidays but not always
In my experience scores vary drastically in the first 20 votes, it\'s almost not worth watching when a single 5-6 can trash a score so much. Once they hit about 30 they start to level out a bit, 50 moreso, and eventually they kind of fossilize and are really just dug up by people who are deliberately looking for it
But yeah, there have been problems with sniping in the past, where some people make it their mission to trash the scores of honest painters for no good reason. Only the admins know just how often this kind of thing happens, but if you watch scores carefully in the beginning you see there\'s a ton of variation in voting that simple averages will never be able to tell you.
