You have to keep in mind that the people posting comments are a minority. Also the vote in the comment does not count for your score. So if someone who gives you a 10 in a comment forgets to actually vote the 10 too it does not count for your total.
I gave your miniature an 8. The base is awesome, period. But to me the miniature could use a few more highlights, especially on the clothing and on the skin. This might be due to the picture and this is where I think you are loosing most points. You would do better posting fewer views (say 2) in one picture but offering a higher quality. Trying to combine 4 huge views and some detail shots in one image and staying below the 100kb size limit results in a very high compression making everything slightly blurry.
