Well mines from an old workplace.See Im a patternmaker by trade ( I make things from wood and resin and metal to be used in the casting industry,basically I make the master which is sand moulded and then molten metal cast into the cavity).Now once upon a time we were making a large pump casing for a water treetment plant.The inside of a pump casing is usually shaped like a snailshell for correct water flow.The technical term for this is VALUTE.
KLUTE is my miss spelt version of cloot or clootie which is old celtic for the devil,demon,imp etc.
One day while working on the pump casing one of the lads was on top of it and we didnt like him much so my workmate was shouting WHOS THE KLUTE IN THE VALUTE, and well it sort of stayed in my mind.
And Ive been told I am the devil so?

mine was kinda a mistake also. I was going for munkey, a weird \"fettish\" of my moms who called me and my friends \"Yardmonkeys\" and Joe, the coffee, for late night painting. I had a friend doing a draw for me for my small time friend to friend paint service logo as a joke and he thoght Munkey Joe a monkey drinking coffee. It worked out well and I give him ALL the credit. Thanks a lot Corndog!!!!!

Wow, I\'m suprised I didn\'t post on either of those threads. To make a short, boring story even shorter........

So, with the unispired genius that is my malformed mind, I created a nickname that sounded like it was a hack of the Simpsons character to the untrained ear, but was really my hometown!!! Heeheee!!

....I use to paint motorcyle gas tanks and also painted the \'Sistine Chapel\' on my bedroom ceiling. I dabbled in massive, iron/stainless steel sculpture...(started off as a welder on highrise framing and bridges). Excellent money, but I got tired of flapping in the wind....only weighed about 100 lbs, soaking wet!!:D

First things first, GW didn\'t have Necron\'s back when I started using this name. I wasn\'t happy to see that army, since everyone thinks I must love Necrons and 40K.

Back in 1983 I got addicted to BBSing. Most sites wanted your real name. One day came to \"The Spine of The World\" and they wanted a handle. So I promptly logged of and wrote down about 200 possibilities (technomancer was my fave but it didn\'t fit), eventually chose NecroN meaning Dead One (I was a bit of a wanker back in those days, so dead things were cool). I later found out about the Bakshi movie and the Lovecraft \'character\'.

The caps are important to me for some reason, but I have been using this handle for over 20 years!

I often go under Gilvan Blight as well, but thats another story (which is on our webpage somewhere).
