I love the show. But don\'t blame me. I associated it because of the (evil) Supervike. lol

Ack no! The first Ren and Stimpy I ever saw was an episode where Ren (that was the cat, right?) lost all his teeth, which is a recurring nightmare of mine. Put me right off the show.

Now, how about the dream where I am dressed only in a lioncloth, swinging from building to building in downtown Minneapolis, singing show tunes, covered in vanilla extract with a swarm of mosquitos chasing me.

That is another one everyone gets, right?

EEeoooough! Vanila:eek: What are you, nuts? Only a sick person would be covered in vanilla extract.
Raspberry topping! That\'s the CORRECT answer.
Oh, and I assume that mine is Dallas, not Minneapolis, is just a geography thing.

WELL...

Had I not gone into the sciences as a career, I would have been a composer...but that\'s not really relevant, so...I went the sciences route, and would have been an astronomer had I been better at abstract mathematics. Sadly, I was not, so I went instead into a field that I really needed little more than some complicated statistics...that is, I decided to go into genetics. However, I still retain that sense of wonder whenever I think about, read, or look at astronomy and cosmology, so I chose the name SkyDancer to show that attachment to astronomy.

Well, as Zaphod\'s personal Brain analyst once said,

\"Hey look, Zaphod\'s just this guy, you know?\"

Oh absolutely. I\'m sure the dream doctor just hasn\'t gotten around to posting the explanation for that dream yet. Or he figures it\'s so very common, it\'s not even necessary to explain it. ;)

SkyDancer - that\'s a great nick, and a wonderful story behind it.

I love those topics :D

My nickname is actually... um... kind of... strange.

In school when we had Latin we would be taught by a 30 year old guy who looked like 20, smelled like 90 and had this absolutely gay voice. Yes, his voice was 100% like you image the stereotypical gay guy. He was married, though, but we could never find out if he had a wife or husband. He probably was married to his vocal chords and cuddled too much.

However, Latin was always quite late in the day, the last lesson on our eight hour day and I think the fifth one on tuesday, I don\'t remember... anyway, we were all bored and we never really wanted to do Latin. So, of course, we enterntained ourselves.

Now, to understand my nick I must tell you that I have some kind of genetic mutation causing a much too high percentage of male hormones. That does not mean I have to have Sex every 10 minuites (that\'s always the first thing people ask), but it does mean that I look... let\'s say overly masculine. Or, to be more precise, my beard started growing when I was 13 and if I do not shave, I will look like Karl Marx in half a year.

On with the story. My chumps (definitely not friends) always liked drawing me - but keep in mind they could not draw. If they were bored, theywould draw anything just to pass the time.

They would even draw, let\'s say, a gayish Latin teacher as a frog featuring my beard and glasses.

The concept seemed so funny to them that Latin class hat to be aborted to get them to stop laughing. When asked what they have just violated that poor piece of paper with, the best answer they could give was of course not \"your exorbitantly funny voice that is the reason we are here anyway on a frog\" but \"it\'s half human and half frog.\"

Now human in German is Mensch, frog is Frosch. Because it resembled me a lot (only the glasses and beard part, mind you:)) they said it was me - they did not have the guts to tell him that it was supposed to be him. Suddenly, I was half man, half frog - M(ensch)(Fr)osch. There also a picture of me as a table (don\'t ask), that\'s why you might find me as Toesch.

And there is even a comic about me, and several more crude drawings of several things that were supposed to look like me. That somewhat buried into the heads of everyone, and now I\'m just Mosch. A friend of mine even called my father \"Mr Mosch\" once - and neither of them thought this was odd. So basically, everyone calls me Mosch (btw, it\'s pronounced \"Mosh\" for all you english-native-tonguers... whatever.).
