I think I am going to purchase a new camera soon, and the Cybershot is most likely the one I will get....they look pretty perfect for what I\'d like!

Cybershots are great. I have a DSC-W70 and it works very well! It can take great macro shots with no extra lenses or any of that gubbins. A tripod would help though You can see some photos I\'ve taken with the W70 on my website :]
