I suggest that you reduce the arm separation from the body as it looks to insubstancial at the moment.
Also the dark brown you have as a base colour needs quite a bit of highlighting as it\'s \"drawing down\" all the other colours and overly decreasing their effect.

While Nurgle isn\'t the brightest of the Chaos Chapters, neither is it the darkest.

The arms are blue tacked in still :)

The pic isnt great the rust is a little brighter in real life, but yes still a level of highlighting to do, will try and post a better updated pic tomorrow.

Still a bit of highlighting and basing to go, but its starting to take shape.

This is my first competition piece and i\'ll be happy to get it in one piece to the stand, getting passed the first round would be nice but thats all i can hope for.

Looking good mate, nothing seriously broken I hope. I\'d suggest some weathering on the metal pipes on the base, some verdigris maybe.

Nothing broke luckily i just need to work out a better way to secure him to the base, pinning wont work with this model and i dont want to start using green stuff at this late stage.

I\'m going to rust up the pipe with pigment once the liquid water has dried, i\'ve got some barbed wire ready for the base as well but not sure that will be too much.

How come the pinning won\'t work?

The feet are separated by a small gap that then leads into the very light leg piece, i dont want to risk the pin going through an open bit.
