even better than your last one. You could probably spend a little more time on the base but the girl looks pretty good.

I think I am going to have to take this one down and take a new photo. The work on the base hasn't shown up and some of the detail on the figure cannot be seen either. All a learning curve though :)

Its interesting with the base. Its very large and I didnt want it to overpower the mini, also I know that peoples opinions differ i.e for some the base doeant matter as its not "cool base or not". For me though I think the base is part of the overall composition and it certainly affects the score. Im going to take Milosh's suggestion and put some more work into the base then take a new photo with a proper setup. I know this shouldnt change things but I think that it is natural for peoples scoring to be influenced by the basing, the quality of the photo and the overall composition i.e direction of facing, back drop etc. probably Im losing around 0.5 to 1 point because Im lacking in these areas? my real aim this year is to achieve the mid 8s in scoring on a regular basis and any help would be appreciated. Is the below any better?
