I replace all of my superglue nozzles with the long flexible plastic precision applicators. During use I drop the original exterior cap ontop of the applicator. When finished for the day I let the glue on the tip harden and seal the bottle off. The next use I simply snip the tip off with a pair of scizzors.
It takes a while to snip my way through 15cm of plastic and I have not had to throw out 3/4 full bottles of superglue since.
Usually it takes several months of use for me to notice any thickening of the glue and when this happens my thin CA glue becomes my medium CA glue and by then my medium CA glue has graduated up to my thick gap filler.
