That it? It looks like a really cool conversion if it is it. The photo quality is kind of hard to see details with but it looks pretty decent. Gave it a 6, 6 for conversion 5 for paint, averaged to 5.5 rounded up to 6. I really hope this is the mini you\'re talking about otherwise I\'m gonna feel stupid.

hey cool.

Red is a bugger to photography, but this one came out pretty well.

The goldish part seems just a bit too yellow for me, but overall this is a cool little fellow!

Good job.

sure is... red sucks to photograph.

I really thought about doing NMM on it but since it was not my own mini I did not want to invest near that amount of time. :) I agree I need to dull down the gold as well. Thanks for the input.

It looks pretty good :). I gave it a 7. The red looks pretty good, it\'s just one of \"those\" colors, I\'m currently painting 3 armies with the major theme of red so I\'m getting fairly proficient at it, but it\'s still a pain. I\'m going to have to agree about the gold though. Maybe just a few diluted washes with highly diluted brown or flesh wash? Pretty nice job though.

It looks good, I think! I should highlight the sand on the base a bit more, though. It looks pretty much just brown, as it is.

I voted on both pictures. Over all a very solid work. I would have to agree that the gold is a little yellow, and that the sand should be higlighted more.

Not bad at all. Nice, colourful dread.

You could try mixing some mithril silver into your gold and highlighting gold parts with it - or go shading with thin layers of purple ink (works on red too, BTW).
