Kingdom Death Contest Entry: The Preacher

This is my take on The Preacher from Kingdom Death. I knew I'd have to my best work to date to stand a chance in this comp, so I chose to do OSL with my entry to try and push my skills. I really love this sculpt, it has a lot of character, and I was having a very hard time deciding on a base. After a couple weeks I finally decided that I wanted him to be standing among the ruins of a temple, but couldn't decide what exactly that would look like. Eventually I saw a gothic building kit from Pegasus models and that's when the lightbulb went off.
