Kingdom Death miniatures without Hand Numbered Authenticity Note

I've ordered in Coolminiornot shop some Kingdom Death miniatures. I received all minis without Hard Plastic Case.

I've also received all minis without Hand Numbered Authenticity Note ..., which is in the item description.

Is it just that only I have such bad luck, or anyone else received incomplete sets?

Wow, if this is true, how do you know that the number of miniatures is actually limited ...

In that case, the second runs may be no longer limited ...

A strange thing.

Is it too much work - enter the number on a small piece of paper?

KD has currently 3 types of minis:

Limited 1st-run edition: comes with a hard-paper box (not plastic), 6x4 art card, numbered paper, mini
Encore run : mini and that's all
general release: is restocked every now and then. (mostly pinups fall into this category)

How do you know if it is a 1st-ed run? easy: if it's a completely new sculpt AND you are within 10 hours of the release date(or first batch sent to CMON), it will be a limited one. If the mini is more than a week old it's most likely an encore release.

On the KD site they are marked explicitly, so if you order directly from KD you know.

My minis have: hard-paper box (not plastic), 6x4 art card, mini without numbered paper. And I bought it as limited run.

Which type of miniatures are they ?

Sounds like you got an encore/re-run figure.

Only the first run comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity, and they are sold out since ages ago. Everything you can get from the CMoN shop are either re-runs. The re-runs come in hard-paper box with with a 6x4 art card (not in a hard-plastic protective sleeve). The 1st run have hard-plastic protective sleeves to their art card and the numbered certificate of authenticity.

I need to work a little more closely with CMON, as sometimes they do not accurately update their product page to reflect that its an ENCORE run and not a first run collectors ED. So I really do apologize to anyone that expected one thing and got another.

We are also not using those hard plastic sleeves anymore. From now on collectors authenticity slips are packed into the miniature boxes. In the past we had a few cases where the hard plastic sleeve which carried was forgotten and we had to send it out separately, incurring more postage fees on our end.

Alek if you can let me know what miniatures you bought i can check to see if we have any collectors slips left... but its very doubtful.

Thanks!

Card on the left (Grandmother) is a limited run, but it's not numbered. While the card on the right (Beyond the Wall) was a first run limited, and thus numbered.

(though oddly enough, the KD site only shows a first run for the GM, so it should be numbered...huh)

On the main store, I usually only keep live links to encores that are currently available. I do however keep all of the sold out limited runs up so people can see the range.

@Kingdomdeath: Do you mind telling me where you got your hard plastic sleeves from? That way I can ensure safe protection for mine when the KS shippment drops in, and my collection would look more "whole". :)

@Kingdomdeath: Thank you for your offer.

I received: Beyond the Wall, Lion Knight (with numbered certificate 176) and Grand Mother, without collectors slips :-(

But there is something else strange happened - I bought directly in your shop Iluminated Lady and Kings Hand and I received it with numbered certificate of authenticity (226 and 266) but without that big art card ... :-(

Could you help me in this case too ?
