Thanks Grefven! Well, here's more of him!

Latest progress on my baby Gorm (well, progress from 5 weeks ago!):

...and the latest on my survivor:

I started the head again as it had ballooned to ridiculous proportions. I'm also starting again with the lantern and will use a similar method to the Gorm's lantern. The shoulder pads (and shield) will also be in the style of the Beetle Knight armour kit recently unveiled on the Kickstarter.

Things are finally starting to take shape with my first survivor:

Since taking the photo I have started reshaping the shoulder pads (as I wasn't happy with how "flat" they looked).

The wait for Kingdom Death: Monster has been a hold and painful one, but at least I have time to work on my personalised survivors! I am however still working on the first one...

Many elements were borrowed from the Survivor Paul sculpt (rucksack, monsters head hood etc). The torso armour is from the Beetle Knight armour kit, the trousers from the Spider Silk kit and the leg armour inspired by the Twilight Knight.

There is still a fair amount of work remaining and he may look a tad ropey, but I am (reasonably) confident that once complete and painted he'll look alright.

Having assembled my first Kingdom Death miniature I can safely confirm that my sculpt is woefully out of proportion!

Well, that was to be expected... Anyway, chin up: I've started a new armature!

It's still early days but I'm happy with the rough proportions so far.
