Love it dude, the colours are ace and the base is really cool!

Damn clean and beautiful. Colours seem perfectly balanced.
Only critique might be that you should be careful about getting the cat looking too grey. That said I know how hard black can be to paint, and your subtle grey midtones in the head in particular makes it look soft as you probably intended. I think it work fine on the tail though, but the head looks a little to grey to my taste. Or maybe it is the picture being slightly out of focus since the main model is obviously the girl. Great job.

The model looks wonderful, I found myself particularly enjoying the Gem's reflection on her staff. The cat does look a bit muddled, but again could be the photo losing contrast which is probably there in the real model.
