Hi folkes! my latest work, Koth-Yan from dragonblood miniatures. a lovely lovely mini in my opinion, feel sad that DB is closing their doors (?) but if that is the case i hope some miniature manufacturer will adopt this groovy mini.

That is incredible. Only thing I could really add in terms of a comment is that I enjoyed taking in every bit of detail. I'm also not really one for fantasy themed miniatures but this is pretty unique. Most of the beastmen you see are bovine, feline or reptilian.

I do love that mini, and you've done it justice. The textures look right, dry and slick in all the appropriate places.

Is that a dramatically contrasted photograph? I don't recall that much contrast on the wip.

wyrmypops: i have to say its the wip pictures which are totally 'out of control', auto leveling really is killing off much of the paintjob. but at least it's fast photo editing

Very nice! Subtle colouring and dark mood, excellent. Black background on a photograph also tends to mean more contrast in the miniature.
