KS fulfillment

I have a theory: after the boat arrives to Hamburg (or another port, but if the Eu center is in germany then that one is most likely) there'll be an announcement that they packed everything to plane. so I'd say in 5 weeks.
I know I'd do that if I wanted to go cheaper on shipping. The difference in time I'd communicate to backers as : extra checking packages for errors (so there are no missing pieces / boxes).
After the update that said they began packing the eu+apac things AFTER the shipping was done to the US I calculated that the earliest I'll get RK will be around september.

theory 2: never, we are forgotten. (hope not, I'd be really pissed about it).

What worries me a lot more are the still possible packaging errors / missing pieces. As the KS belongs to CMON they should do it, but... after 'fullfillment' the stock goes to SPM, so it's their problem... unless they say to arrange it with CMON. Then welcome to an endless loop of 'not-doing-anything'.
And this WILL be a problem, as I'm trying for 2 months now to get a Cypher blister (part of NinjaDivision, as is SPM) shipped, that they left out of the Helldorado package. So far no shipping info about that. It will be a pain if the same will go for RK.

As a sidenote: for Cypher to ship the Eu pledges took a bit more than 5 months... And here CMON don't want to bother as the game will not be theirs and SPM don't want to bother as it's extra expense that they'd have to pay without any real return.

edit:
I've been ignoring the KS comments lately, now I read through.
There is a 3rd option according to that:
- they are now producing the missing hell's belles torsos and to avoid 2x shipping they'll hold the whole eu-apac shipping until they can add the missing/corrected pieces and THEN ship. So.... september or maybe even october before we in the Eu see something from this.
(so no real way to sell those minis that are not wanted as the market will be probably saturated by then (because of other backers or discount stores) )

The answer is this:

CMoN already has your money and has severed all ties with Soda Pop, so they don't give a flying f about the people that pledged hundreds or thousands of dollars. Everything is already available for retail, obviously it's not that hard to pack and distribute. We backers are now the second class citizens, 22 months after funding and 14 months after supposed delivery.

Ready to ship, November 2013 - Lie
Shipping delays caused by complexity issues - Lie
Packing for EU & APAC Via, China - Lie
Backers will have stock before Retailers - Lie

Latest tidbits from backers personal communications with CMON has them have packed only 500 orders in the last 8-10 weeks, so at this current rate there will be backers receiving this stock in the area of 6 month after initial shipping beginning. How in the world is that feasible? The complexity of the orders really isn't that bad. each backer still has a full list of items assigned to them, regardless of trade in's. I cannot perceive how CMON can believe that this is in anyway an acceptable way of delivery? It's a joke to think that a modern day company would take this long to clear stock. Which clearly leads to other issues or complacencies, which of course are never communicated.

The lack of information with regards to the shipping of this project is tragically poor. No one can possibly believe that communication between chinese distribution centre (who would be handling CMON of projects as well as RK, I'm sure) is this bad, this vague and this slow. The fact that CMON chooses to tell us otherwise is yet another testament to the value of RK backers to CMON.

Refusal to address issues, concerns & backers in general not only speaks of poor communication, but a level of disregard for backers that I personally find highly disconcerting. For a company so fond of crowd funding the backers should be far higher up the list of priorities, but it would seem that the all mighty dollar is all the speaks to them and well, now they don't really have a reason seeing all he money side is done with.

So what are we to do as backer in this situation? CMON can't communicate, KS rulings are unclear and seem all about protecting the project managers as well as the fact that most (not all) of the backers affected are international, so legal door are complicated and generally not worth the hassle.

CMON you are burning so many bridges, for reasons I cannot fathom. I hope that the public wakes up and your days of preorders.. I mean KS's will come to an end.

Why hasn't an official rep replied yey? I'm in for another CMON KS, but if I dont hear anything soon I'll have to ask for a refund and wash my hands with CMON.

Are there any numbers to get hold of anyone at CMON?

I don't understand why CMoN refuses to give any shipping updates. Even just a small one saying they are working on certain pledge level and ship x amount per day. I have always been a bit of a cmon fanboy always supporting their kickstarters and defending their actions or delays in comment pages but I can't do it anymore. Not only am I not pledging for zombicide 3 but I am trying to restrain myself from going in there and bashing Cmon. Please Cmon take ten minutes and give us a quick update even if it's just in the comments section.

Hello Relic Knights!
I just wanted to stop in and let you know how things are going. We're still packing and shipping as many packages a day as we can here in the USA warehouse. Just to remind you guys, we ship to North and South America from here. There have been quite a few questions about Canada lately. I can confirm Canadian shipments are going out currently. If you haven't gotten your tracking number yet, do not panic. Your pledge probably hasn't been shipped yet. Give us a few more business days to move through Canadian orders, you should have a tracking number soon.
As for EU and APAC, we have been in touch with the factory packing boxes. Packing is continuing at a steady pace. They have promised to let us know when the boxes are headed to Germany for EU shipping, and when they begin APAC delivery. we will of course update you as information comes in.
Finally, if you discover anything is missing from your package, like parts, models, etc. please contact Soda Pop Miniatures at: info@sodapopminiatures.com and you will be taken care of after the kickstarter has been fulfilled.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. This is a huge project and there are a lot packages. We're dedicated to getting your pledges to you as quickly as possible, while trying to make sure there are no mistakes along the way.

^^taken from the kickstarter page... I want to say more but will keep it civil. MY EMPHASIS

If someone doesn't have info and is asked - "hey know anything yet?" is it a huge surprise if the response if "we have no info yet"?

Uglybug, the only reason I haven't canceled my Zombicide pledge is because GG has been awesome through the first 2 and I don't think CMoN will risk losing them as a partner. Soda Pop obviously got sick of CMoN's crap and that partnership died at the cost of the RK backers. I am about 2-3 days away from demanding a refund for Xenoshyft even though the game looks awesome.

*edit* Lycane, CMoN has been notoriously awful at relaying information through this entire kickstarter. They took weeks to take Soda Pop updates and relay them to the KS updates so it's fair to question what information they aren't sharing. Their updates have been worthless smoke blowing since the shipping started. It was great to get the initial one, then copy paste for the next few. "We're still doing X," where X is a poor job. They claimed to have been starting at both ends of the pledges yet no one with a higher pledge level has acknowledged receiving theirs, it's all complaints from the GGEA levels.
