Angelica is my entry at 2006 italian GD; she won a golden demon in \'large scale\' category.
I\'m especially content about painting cause the sculpure had many, small and big, imperfections...above all: the face; she was a kind of challenge and at the end I\'m happy to emphasize her gothic style.
(this miniature won, during 2006, a golden Grog at \"LuccaGames\" and was the best of show at \"Euroma\" contest)

Personally don\'t liek the model but holy crap. That is just beautiful clean paint and amazing freehand designs.

Really nice work. I love the freehand but i I would have to say that the metals look a little flat IMHO.

i also don\'t like the sculpt but oyu have painted it superbly. love that smear of gore on the floor and also the freehand is amazing. she really looks as if she has just come out of a scrap!! ocngrats on the demon

Your \'flat\' (ahem) metals look perfectly weathered and tarnished to me. Well worn.

I\'m not overly excited by the sculpt but the painting is definitely top notch. The shield and the gore on the base really stand out for me. I like the metallics though her left breast-plate seems darker than the rest(?). Not sure if I like the face or not - seems a little too white to me but I know my monitor is on its last legs so will put the blame on that instead

ok the sculpt is not perfect (you can\'t see the legs on these pics, which are far worse than the face imo), but it definately grows on you.
