Large plinth!

Hello! I need a round plinth that is 30cmx30cm(GD rules). I want it to be 30 cm on top of the base. not from the decorative edge that usualy sticks a bit out. Where can i get this????

There are some real nice ornate round picture frames out there that might work.

The base has to be 30 Cm Maximum.
That\'s measured from the edges of the base not the top.
