Well since kickstarters seem to be all the rage, I wonder why no one has mentioned this one, since it is by one of the all time great artists.

Dang it all - that looks like just the kind of thing I'd be interested in. If the shipping wasn't 48bucks. I appreciate it's a big book, but assuming that it's going to go on general sale I should be able to just buy it for 80bucks all in from amazon or wherever. Seems terribly America-centric.

Yeah, that shipping being the price of book is a turn off. I'd likely only have got with the excitement a Kickstarter generates anyway so I'll probably not check Amazon next year to see about picking one with free postage.

lol $38 extra shipping for a book. Funny how amazon manage it free and all my sedition wars stuff only came to $20!
