What you think, can that destroyed unit do Surge forth after Last stand card, before you finally remove its tray?

(There are reason of this move if player wants to move objective that hold that unit in other place)

Surge Forth takes place after all other effects have been resolved. So I’d say the unit is removed before it can Surge.
