Assume case you destory enemy unit. It owner can put 2 VP on your unit and then play last stand and destroy it. Will you put your 2 VP on last stand unit?

Assume case there only one model in unit (attachment) and enemy destroys it with Expert Duelist (3+ kills attach). Owner plays Last stand. Will you use attachment abilities when make Last Stand Attack?
