Really good painting on all of them, but I'm sorry to see the crookedness of the Elf Maiden's spear.
Was this one "Failcast" by any chance?

And yes, it was finecast... I tried several time to put it back straight. But realized it only after some paint on, and could not put it in hot water, etc... So I tried to bend it back which was fine for a while then it simply came back to shape... I will try again carefully. In RL it is less obvious but on the picture it is just jumping, I tried to find other angle but could not avoid seeing it without losing a big part of the mini.
In general the cast quality was better, but many little pieces they add everywhere to avoid the bubbles make it even harder because you don't really realize that they don't belong to the model, and need to be removed afterward, quite a mess.

boubi there is some really nice painting here, bright colours and very nice NMM in a cartoon style which is my favorite. Good freehand on the Commissar also.
The face on the chaos marines cape is a real winner, it looks sculpted on (I will have to 'borrow' this design).
On the elfs green cape going to white is a bit to much, maybe a very light green?
Sorry to say the bend in the staff is a -1 for me :(

For the bend staff I found a way which seems to work, so for other people with similar problem, here how I solved it (after painting).
I use a hairdryer to heat up the piece then it is getting quite soft with a light touch put it back to shape and blow on it for a few seconds in order to cool down.

I will re-shoot the pictures...

beautiful work, epecially the freehand. that is some amazing stuff you've done.
glad to hear that you've managed to fix the girl's spear. it will make the mini look much better i think.

A suggestion on the staff. Now if you paint the staff with a heavy wood grain it will look like a bent stick and not a bent pole, sticks are ussually bent and if you add a glowing elf ruin it is now a magical stick. Just a thought on what to do in these situations. Love it mate.

Wombat85, the problem is that the stick is too "perfect", to clean... Will be hard to make it irregular wood staff... I tried to fix it, it seems that it worked, let's see how it hold after some time.

@Milosh, I could have guessed that your fav would be the girl... Love yours too.
