I\'m very tempted as I have dealt/talked with a few of the people on his feedback list on occassions.

However one thing has struck me as very strange..

Along with the picture of the mini in a blister the seller has added \"not cast in origonal blister???

Anybody know what he means by this?

Also I\'m not happy with the fact that he is going to charge the winning bidder his Paypal costs. I always find this very unfair of buyers.

Very good reading, War Griffon! Didn\'t notice that.

The paypal doesn\'t bother me, though. Buy anything on auction in an auction house and the buyer gets slapped with the auction charges, at the very least he\'s upfront about it.

True I guess but there is quite a bit going on hear that needs to be taken into concideration I think before decidiing to bid.

I am now watching this I might snipe towards the end but then again might not :D

I have. Unfortunately I didn\'t notice until after I had bought the item. The shill bidder pushed the bid up $100. My loss.
However, they were both banned after I reported it.

Oh Im interested in the piece too..but the auction makes me nervious. Plus Im pretty positive it\'s against eBay policies to charge the buyer for Pay Pal fees..I could be wrong. Worth looking in to. Though they do give you a way around it buy allowing you to charge for Handling fees. Thats my biggest pet pevee lately on ebay, sellers charging up to 12.00 for shipping and handling and then shipping it first class for less than a couple bucks..

Hell even GW nailed me the other day..I ordered the new Black tremplars codex cause its hard for me to get to a store..charged me 7.00 for shipping and sent it 5 day media mail for .85 cents..

I agree with Saxonangel this auction pretty much stinks all the way through.:flame:

Cool mini or not, the price has put it past the just-for-fun stage. No bidding for me, in any case.

Still be fun to watch, though. I\'ll sure keep my eye on it to see what breaks.:D

41 bucks isn\'t that bad a price at the moment the way I see it that is of course looking at it as a true casting etc, however, as we have said and various members amongst us have spotted there is a lot of things about this that stink.

Also the seller is using a photo that is not his to use by the sounds of it.

Will I go for it or not well it still has a while to go but I might yet :D

I can be a fool at times lollollol

The plot thickens there is now someone else bumping this up who has been left neutral feedback by the seller in the past in fact all his feed back has been left by the seller in the past and it is now around the $60 (£30) mark

That is more or less what I was thinking it seems to have gone beyond a joke now and I know a lot of collectors that haven\'t even been anywhere near it which is even stranger if the figure even warrents this much???

Yup.. his other one made it through with the same BS... wait and see if it gets relisted with out all the BS or see if they get booted from eBay.. It really sucks that someone thinks they have to pull that kind of BS to raise the price of a mini..

The piece is indeed rare..it should sell well on its own merrit..it doesnt need the extra bump it was getting..

Id love to have the miniature, but its already more than Im willing to pay.. hey I can\'t help it Im cheaplol
