Hi, this one is going to be my entry for the Golden Demon Youngbloods category.

The face, skin, brown armour on arms and legs, belts, and shoes are done. The knives only needs one more highlight of Mithril Silver.

And I just repainted the green clothes. And I\'ve painted the clothes under the green clothes. New pictures are comming tomorrow. Comments will be appriciated. :)

Very good indeed. However, if I may.....

As this is Legolas, remember he is a pale skinned elf; if you look at movie stills, and do a search in the gallery here on \"legolas\" and sort the results on descending, you\'ll see the better ones have quite subtle faces; if you can reduce the effects of the lines on his forehead I feel that would be a great improvement. The face is well done, but doesn\'t say \"legolas\" to me.; it\'s too severe, if you understand me. Ecerything else is fine.

I\'m only thinking about improving your chances of winning the Demon!!! :D

You\'re a talented painter........keep it coming!

Very nice, but I have to agree on the skin, its alittle too dark just needs a shade or two lighter to be more like legolas.

good luck with GD, I am sure you will have a good chance painting like that.

Thanks! But I don\'t think the coloursheme effects your chance on a Golden Demon. And I don\'t want to take that risk.

I said a new picture was comming today. Well, that was a lie. :p Guess tomorrow then. :)

Well if the colourscheme doesn\'t affect your chances of winning a Demon, then I dare you to paint his leggings pink!!! lollol

only joking.

I still believe the lines on his forehead are too pronounced for this character, but the choice is yours, and it\'s a very good paint job so far! He\'ll really come alive when he has blond hair.

Thanks. I give you right about his head. But I\'m now 90% happy about his face. And that\'s enough for me, because maybe I will ruin everything with a next attempt. That would be a shame... :(

But don\'t think I do not appriciate your comment. But this one is to risky for me! ^^

I said that I was not statisfeid with the bleu too. :p

But after this one is completed, I\'m going to continiue with the rest. I have Gimli en Boromir WIP already. :)

Update!

Hmm..This is definitely going to be my best painted mini ever. :) I\'m very happy about it. The blue is much better, and so is the hair. Now I just have to complete the base, and stuff on his back.

Comments are always welcome.

Oke, the back! What do you think? I\'m very happy with the bow. The gold is getting one more highlight. Cause it looks pretty messy and dark. Just the base, and my entry is done.

I love the cloak, the bow, maybe a wash to give it some depth, and dull the white highlights just little.

Overall it\'s looking very good, make sure you don\'t rush trying to finish it. Good luck:D

This is the bow from Legolas. It\'s very easy. Just ivory. And freehand. So I think highlights are not secessary.
