Legos anyone?

Sadly I haven\'t played with Lego in years :( Hopefully my daughter will be into it soon so I\'ll have an excuse to do it again.

Did you ever have that thing where you were looking for a certain piece but you could only find it by specifically \"not looking for it\". A kind of Zen for 7 year olds lol

Heck I find lego Zen now, in a more relaxing way.

Every now and then I will pick up a box when they are on sale, usually the uber cool Star Wars stuff or some of the Castle stuff (loved the Ninja stuff when it was out as well). I would open it on one of those horrible almost quit your job days, and just enter the Lego Zen land where all that matters is the bricks.

So it\'s zen for 30 year olds as well as 7 year olds. Plus now I have I don\'t know how many bricks for my new daughter to play with when she gets older.

Baby Highbulp\'s on Duplo at the moment - it\'s just not the same as the real thing though. I have one lego Star Wars mini-kit that Mrs Highbulp reluctantly bought me one Christmas. I spent a lot of time messing with that.

The good thing is, I will not have to buy any lego for a long long time, when I get childs. I still have my 3 big boxes full of lego in my attic... lol They could build a stardestroyer with it... (1:1 scale) lol
