I\'m not entirely up on these things but that seems a large chunk of his 935,000 shares. Mind you a NED rather than a director which I\'d think would be more worrying. (But then only himself and Kirby hold a large number)

Perhaps someone more up on financial matters will comment? Who knows he could just be leaving/retiring. Seems like a good enough time to sell after the collapse a couple of years back (Seems to be moving between 300 and 400 with about a 350 average), not likely to reach that height again that LOTR propped up.

Bit ouside my realm of understanding though. *laughs* ;)

hhhmmm i read the end of year report (well some of it) and it does prove some interesting reading. page 15 (the recycle a lot to be fair) and page21 - the driector\'s pay and bonuses. rich bastards!

on a side note, was going to invest a load of shares in gw when i heard that they were getting permission to do the lotr stuff. wish i did now coz they went up a bomb!

you know honestly it doesnt matter if they go belly up or not. someone will buy them and then restructure it and do something with the company from there. they will never be what they used to be but the demand for their product will still be there.

so i think they will survive in some way or another. just hopefully not like all zombie like.

oh wait... ......

I think that your subject title could well be misleading people.

I\'m sure some have clicked this link with nothing in their mind but to express why they love GW, but I also have no doubt that countless others have been horribly mislead and very disappointed by your use of \'GW lovefest\'.

I know I was.

Eagerly anticipating that you had finally come out of the closet and decided to advertise your fabulous, bi-monthly \'Frot-a-mini\' parties to the mainstream, I was severely disapointed to see talk of company shares.

If you don\'t yet have the confidence to do it, then I feel I must stand up as a spokesman for the Mini-sex fetishists around the world. Our love of rubbing against plastic, resin and sweet, sweet pewter miniatures deserves the same kind of publicity, acceptance and respect as our better known brothers and sisters in the \'Midget fanciers\' scene get.

There\'s no shame in it my friends, say it with me in unison:

\"We\'re loud, we\'re proud, and we like to rub our bits on the Classic & Collectors Great Unclean One!\"

lol, There OK, he sold them for personal reasons, but i\'ll get a few extra Cadian boxes in just in case :D

I really like some of GW\'s figures, not the prices though, but those plastic cadians, I really do enjoy, and for £20 for 20, its my sort of figures, ;)

I did nearly fall over when I got one metal figure the other day, a Empire chap, and he cost £6 , there \'aving a giraffe, I thought

I was looking back through their stock history and was wondering if anyone remembers why they fell so hard and fast back in 2001?
