Not that sad I am afraid. They are all Monty Python creations so it looks like JK has been pilfering a bit of Eric Idle\'s IP:D

what kind of chocolate?

This is a little too abstract for me to understand....

So I guess I am just \"white chocolate\"

with nuts.

Hmm,right now I would have to say that I\'m not feeling very chocolatey at all - more of a hard candy kind of thing going on over here, methinks. But since we have a hard candy in the states that is chocolate flavored, I guess that would be me right now. Something that doesnt melt in the sun.

Damn you Tracy - now I want some chocolate - and thats not fair, cause I cant get any thats not melted for 35 more days :flame::moon::flame:

Slightly off-topic: Do any of you Brits recognize a candy called Eclairs? I thought they were Bassett\'s but I\'m not sure.

Darn you all!! I rarely eat chocolate but now I\'m craving a Lion bar!!;)

I have thought long and hard about this one for the whole time it took me to read all the posts and I have decided which type I am. I am the one that you find on the floor that has already been bitten into by a child and then tossed on the floor somewhere because they don\'t like it.

It\'s not that I feel stepped on but rather the one on the floor is inevitably my favourite. It may be a little old, a little dusty by the time I find it but I pick it up dust it off, look at it and toss it aside thinking tempting, but no. I\'ll just leave it for the dog.lol And that definately is no double entendre;)

This is an inherently dangerous question, cause any reply inevitably is the one where you are destroyed because of your good qualities.

Keeping that in mind, I think I like Finn\'s Spring Surprise.

Oooh Mr Halo....coffee cream, my favourite :D I\'m rather partial to the coffee Revels too, but most people tend to develop gurning abilities if they happen to find one :D

WHY OH WHY....did they ever take the coffee cream out of Quality Street :(

Ah now...I don\'t actually like dark chocolate, but when there\'s a promise of something sweet inside, like strawberry or orange cream, temptation beckons ;)

Hmmm....I never thought this topic (no pun intended!) would be so thought provoking. I was in a moody place this morning and chocolate seemed a safe place to hide :)

PS Thank goodness no one has mentioned Walnut Whips - cos u just gotta get your tongue in there and get that mallowy stuff out and there just ain\'t a way to do that without making your mother blush ;)

I love the coffee creams too!

If I were a chockie I suppose I would be more sorta a choclate drop rather than a chocolate.... Cos I am small....

Hmmmm..

I think the word \'eclair\' is a generic term, rather than a manufacturer\'s name for a confection. It is basically the French word for lightning, ie they are gone in a flash:D

An eclair generally tends to mean anything that has a filling...and is more commonly applied to cakes.

Cadbury\'s Cream Eggs are just as messy and embarrassing to eat. Mind you, if you want pronographic chocolate, look no further than the old Flake ads!

To tell the tryth I don\'t often by chocolate any more so they may still be around it\'s just that I haven\'t seen them.
what have I started
Mint cracknell I used to love that stuff, nutty bars as well there was no chocolate on them they were just peanuts stuck in toffee and what about Texan bars they were good had a great corny add as well.
