I think it\'s seen more as contextual art though, plus the fact it\'s been widely accepted as an iconic image from way back in the 90\'s before all this shit hit the fan.
It\'s just become accepted I guess.

Ebery copy i have ever seen has that cover and i searched for Nirvana Nevermind on google and the first hit was a picture of the cover, so i dont think its ever been changed. But as Mick said its became part of the 90\'s iconography and due to that will probably never be banned.

Yup, while I remember a plain blue cover I\'m wrong. Mine does have the baby.

Going to do some searching to see if this one ever hit the courts. Given that parents have outraged about nekkid babies in diaper ads I\'d be surprised to find this hasn\'t.

I\'m willing to bet it hasn\'t been taken as far as the courts. It prolly has, however, been the focus of a few debates.
It\'s meant to be a provocative image, I actually quite like it. Oh god is that sirens I hear???
