Yup, the ranking gets calculated daily. Mine jumps up and down quite a bit.

Okay, this might be a dumb ass question but why are 50 votes important? You say something about a ranking, so does a model with 50 votes count towards the ranking system that some people have in their sigs?

You got it, NetGuru. Your ranking as a painter here is based on the top 5 of your models you have posted here that have at least 50 votes. On another note, there is an algorithm used here to help minimze the effects of \"sniper\" voting that kicks in after a mini has reached 50 votes.

I was wondering about that too. So you have to have at least 5 models with at least 50 votes each to get ranked, right? Does the ranking show up automatically in the sig line at that point, or do you have to do something to add it?

Thanks! (hope to someday get ranked, but I paint slower than a giant tree sloth covered in molasses in January)

You got it... 5 minis with 50 votes each. It will not automatically show up, you have to insert the code to make it work;

And just replace \"your username here\" with your username... ie; you\'d be

But if you do that and you don\'t have your 5 minis with 50 votes each it\'ll just put you at the bottom of the list.
