Being a big fan of curvy women, I\'m afraid I can\'t answer that one objectively.

Or would you rather Reaper\'s War Maidens (Chainmail bikinis) or Sisters of the blade (fur bikinis)?

I enjoy female barabrians (who wouldn\'t?), and if I had my way they would have Reaper\'s detail, I-Core\'s shapes, and Rackham\'s size... And as far as huge weapons go, isn\'t everybody doing it that way now?

At least the Reaper minis have \"normal\" weapons, and Confrontation Blade Maidens and Celtos women look like they could conceivably LIFT their oversized weapons. And I actually like my minis to be more... mini (28 mm rather than 30-32 mm), but that\'s just a personal preference. Anyway, Fiannas are obviously carefully sculpted like all Rackham stuff, I just think they look nasty. YMMV, as they say.

Soooo... did Rackham \"invent\" NMM, or did they just make it popular????

NMM\'s been around for years mate! The Frenchies didn\'t invent it.

:D

I think the concensus was that GW invented NMM with their \"gold\" Blood Angels captain - although if you look at old masters you would never see metalic paint being used.

Well personaly I love rackham sculpts to look at. But painting wise I really don\'t find them enjoyable to do. I much prefer the shape hasslfree or celtos have to their women minis. And I always find painting \'simpler\' minis more enjoyable. Celtos is a good illustration of this, as is buddle\'s sculpts witch I really like. :D

Why? ;) We\'re just exemplifying how we go off on tangents!

I actually ended up buying some Fianna just to paint up for fun. Been having a heck of a time on getting highlighting and such to come out to my liking lately, so I thought I\'d mess with skin tone as practice.
