Link bar

Wishlist,
I dont know how easy this would be to do, but I would like it if the bar with "User CP, FAQ, Community, Calender, New posts, Search, Quick links, log out" didnt scroll, so when you have gone to the end of a thread you could navigate away without scrolling back to the top. Like freeze pane in excel.
Maybe I am just lazy, but for me it would improve it.

Either that or having that and the link-path copied at the very bottom of the page would be nice...

And can you make the "go to last post button" bigger please? I keep ending up at the posters page.
