i saw it and masivley enjoyed most of it, was wondering what those of you \"acros the pond\" thought of it?
are you offended? did you see it? if so, what are your thoughts?

Never heard of it. Had to look it up. Probably won\'t watch it. Very little TV watching for me, unless its a movie or anime on DVD.

I don\'t think the USA series works at all. I watched a couple of sketches but they were more slap-stick than sharp. It takes an American comedian to \"do\" America.

Don\'t know about the US one but the original Little Brittian was hilarious........till it got redundant.

Little Britian is lowest common denominator humour. The first series was funny initially, but after that it went to the wall in embarrassing fashion. Utter tripe.

agreed. Saw two shows and thought they were hilarious then they just repeated the same not-so-funny-anymore jokes.

Took one look and thought unimaginative and not particularly original, little more than school yard humour.

Hey I gotta stick up for \"schoolyard humor\". Dick and Fart jokes are still funny if done well. I laughed at the Kevin Smith movies (Except Clerks 2. I\'ll get you for that one day Smith! One day...). Anyone who doesn\'t agree better not make any more posts about the \"freak bar\" and stuff.

I watch the \"Monkey Pee\" video every day!

Little Britain just re-hashes the EXACT same jokes every episode with nothing different. My wife thinks their stuff is funny. She also loves Dancing with the Stars and American Idol, and all those crappy shows about people buying houses in the british countryside etc. so you figure out the demographic that tunes into Little Britain.

oops, Sorry Mike. Should\'ve slapped down a smiley type emoticon after the freak bar line. I was in total agreement with you about Little Britain, it sucks. It sucks all the way.

Just wanted to point out that Potty humor/schoolyard humor is A-Ok (when done well, as you say) and that it does have it\'s place, even here on the CMoN boards (As the popularity of the Freak bar posts will attest to). Not running you down amigo, I just feel obliged to stick up for potty humor. \'Cause if I don\'t, who will?

I could care les about who becomes president in America, but Potty humor MUST be defended at all costs. It\'s our way of life, and it\'s what many wars have been fought to defend, right?
