I made some progress on the body and the head.
Gold is my more or less usual VMC 70822 German C. Black Brown for base and for recesses, VMC 70921 English Uniform and on it VMC 70877 Goldbrown for darkest shade, VMC 70948 Gold Yellow and the VMC 70858 Ice Yellow to highlight.
I tried to stretch the palette and use more English Uniform and switched to darker darkest shade.
Red cloth and face is Cloak is VMC 70814 Burnt Cadmium Red, VMC 70908 Carmine Red, and hint of VMC 70845 Sunny Skin Tone.
Green cloth is VMC 70967 Olive Green, VMC 70891 Intermediate Green, VMC 70827 Lime Green and VMC 70917 Beige.
And the images are:

Skin is with VMC 70814 Burnt Cadmium Red, VMC 70804 Beige Red and VMC 70815 Basic Skintone.
But my biggest issue was that I could not really find his eye! You need to look from a lower right angle to catch a hint of it.
For the beard I tried a new recipe, VMC 70822 German C. Black Brown + VMC 70884 Stone Grey for deepest parts, then VMC 70884 Stone Grey, VMC 70986 Deck Tan and VMC Ivory 70918 for final highlight:
