Great to see you back painting again Itchy, I like how you\'ve finished this one, and you even went with the a brownish lizard :)

I would say my only main critism is that the red looks like it could use one more highlight, however I know how photography tends to dull reds some so I would expect in person it wouldn\'t seem to need it.

Your blends look nice and smooth and I like the overall feeling of it, and color selection. The base does look a touch dull however, although perhaps it\'s a 2d patern we just can\'t see in these photos? :)

Yeah, the base is 2D. Nothing fancy, just washes of antique gold up to brown and the dished base doesn\'t help see down into it.

i\'ve always been a bit confussed about the line from a good photographic mini and a good in person mini. How do you guys and gals decide when to go the extra step for a picture? Just take pictures as you go?

I\'ll sometimes take 20 pictures of the same mini at different angles, go into Photoshop and decide which ones I like best.
Good to see you back in the game. :)
