Looking cool

New to this game - everybody have cool banners(signatures?), CMON rating, links to their galleries etc. in their entries in the forums. Could enyone please tell me how to set that up.

just go to preference, down to the signature field, and fill it in with all the coolness you want. Don\'t forget to use HTML.

Welcome Manus - to look cool simply wear darka glasses and grow a goatie beard ...see!

However, for the sig bits you need to edit your sig by going to the main forums page and clicking on \"user control Panel\" near the top. Then choose \"edit profile\" and scroll down to your signature box at the bootom. Here you can input a witty saying etc. Links to your gallery/rating etc can be found on then \"add/edit pictures\" page from the main CMON site (link on the right. BB code for adding pictures to thread entries and sigs is accessible through the Forum FAQ page (link at the top).

Think that\'s it.

I think you need to take the \"=green\" and \"=4\" out of the closing statements so you just have \"[/color]\" and \"[/size]\"

You cannot hyperlink to pictures on your PC. You will need to upload them somehwere.

Most internet service providers provide some webspace, or you can use a free image hosting site. I know a ton of peopel here use www.photobucket.com. Personally if I\'m not setting up an album or anything, and just need a pic hosted, I use www.imageshack.us

For example: my WGR banner is on my website, as I share the banner with other sites.

You can just use that little \"Edit\" button in the top right of your post. No need to spam the board. If you are trying to view your sig the reload button on your browser should do it. You shouldn\'t have to repost.
