Looking for a mail order bride...

Well, not quite like THAT.

For an RPG i referee i am looking for a figure of a bride... one of the charcters is a runaway bride in a kind of victorian/modern setting. admttedly she\'s taken to wearing doc martin boots and a leather jacket over the white wedding dress...

Anyone know of ANYTHING suitable? I can add details and such with greenstuff but i\'m not yet good enough to sculpt an entire figure... i can\'t find even a basic model that seems suitable,

Have you tried doing a search at the Stuff of Legends site? Aside from actual wargame mini\'s you might find a bride, although in quite a static pose, in a cake shop or bridal boutique or some place like that. You know the little figures they stick on top of the cakes? I\'d think they\'d have a variety of sizes, although I really dont know.

Try the Foundry site - they\'ve got some unusual pieces that might work.

Doc Martin foot ware has a signiture yellow stiching at the bottom of the shoe.

Painting this stiching, while having an effective sculpt to paint on, will help any viewer identify the shoe.

My docs also have a patch/label on the heel,
with a capitalized rubber \"DM\'s\" script.
I will not show the tag on the back of mine, sinse the shoes are now for worse for wear.
