Looking for a particular figure

Recently I came across an image of a new(?) figure of a dwarf holding above it's head a game die like he was preparing to toss it, but neglected to record the name of the company who put's it out or will put it out. Does this sound familiar to anyone on this forum? Want to get one of these figures.
