Looking for a sculpture to make me a custom 28mm figure

Hello I'm new here so I hope this is the right place to make orders for a custom. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in creating me a custom figure. I will pay for your time and efforts and material cost. If anyone will like to accept and give me a quote that would be great. I attached the picture. It is a Whitesmith or Blacksmith from the MMORPG Ragnarok Online. Either one will be fine, I guess whichever one is the easiest. I would like the cart/wheelbarrow also.
