altough I'm not sure they are recasts, but at those prices I think they are.

But to be honest if you don't want to pay crazy prices and want the original, then the best bet would be to wait until they are rereleased. How long that takes... no idea. KD usually has a restock / new release about every 3-4 months or so.

Those are recasts. IP control over that side of the world is pretty poor, and Adam is having issues getting that website on IP infringement.
