Looking for old Ral Partha figure, name, or mini

Hello...I'm on a search for a figure from my youth. He is the fellow on the left of this picture, big- with a jagged sword. I believe he is a Ral Partha chaos warrior that came in a box set, not sure though. any info including name, #, or if you have him is great......If you have him, how much you want?
