Looking for wings to make a scratch build Tau fighter

So in anticipation of the the new Tau codex release this week, i was perusing some sites today and ran across a conversion of a piranha and a Valkyrie/Vendetta and thought hat I might be able to do better, alas I am having a tough time finding a set of wings that will work with a Piranha or even a Hammerhead/Devilfish chassis. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas to help me out?

I would think that just about any wings would work. The question is how much modding and putty work is needed to do so? What about something like this:

Perhaps a 1:35 scale kit of the new jet fighters one is the Raptor and the other's name escapes me - they look similar though. I'm sure a Google search of the Raptor and rival jet fighters will reveal their names. They look almost Tau -like.

I don't think you will find a model that exists that would fit the Tau aesthetic at all.

If I were doing this project I would choose a current tau vehicle, get a bunch of plasticard, and modify the Tau model to make what I want. This way you keep the Tau aesthetic and you get what you are looking for. In my opinion, going about it in any other way just will not look right at all. It won't fit in with an existing Tau army any other way.
