Looking to poss. redo a figure from scratch

I converted, sculpted, and painted this guy going on close to two years ago:

I was thinking of possibly starting over from scratch with maybe one of the new GW plastic Terminators and really going to town with it, especially since the original one above more or less exploded into pieces after being knocked off a speaker by one of our cats when I stepped out of the room for a little bit.

I\'d really appreciate feedback and critique - the more nitpicky the better - on both what works and what doesn\'t work with this guy.

I think the best part of the model is the color scheme. That or the base. The balance of colors is great, and the base really sets it off with the green and white. Nothing too foreign to the model\'s colors, but enough contrast to really make things pop out. Great selection.

The biggest problem is the swollen white armor parts... if you want bloated flesh bursting out of the armor plates you should have some armor shards peeling away from the flesh. The way it was there, it\'s not clear.

Anyway, your painting has cleaned up a TON since then, I\'m sure a remake would be great. Maybe basing it off the metal Termi Chaplain wouldn\'t be a bad idea... he\'s definitely kinda dark and evil already.
