Low Fantasy?

Ok, well, my friend and I have been searching White Dwarves like mad men looking for a certain article about \"low fantasy\" where you could only take cheap choices and stuff. We both remember reading the article, but we can\'t find it!! Anyone know what issue of White Dwarf this particular article might be in? Or what I\'m even talking about for that matter?

Nope still couldn\'t find it. I think it\'s in a WD past 313.

Me and a couple of the guys in my area play a game of 500 pts. They do not have very many models and this is about all they can field at this time... our rules are kind of simple

1 hero choice, only 1 magic item 50 pts or less

last night i went with 5 units of 12 skink scouts (7pt each) and a skink warchief.


I am not positive of the rules of your article, i am going to try to search and find it.

skink skirmisher warbands are evil, you just can\'t get near the buggers.

at least with a decent sized game you can chequre board them off the board roman style.

ya... we had a 3000 pt game and I thought I would be a joker... i put 400 skinks on the board and a 2nd generation slann mage priest

that was hillarious, my mage was decked out and then 2400 points of random skinks, if it wasnt just for the size of my army i would have been crushed easily
