commented and rated. It's maybe also worth mentioning that the slightly rough/patchy paint on the base edges kinda jumps out at me. Something that's easy enough to fix like that is something to watch for. I know it's deliberatly semi-finished so the customer can match it to their own army, but I reckon it's worth making sure the colours are flat and smooth, even if they're going to be painted over later. Sorry - clean base work is something I obsess over a bit, I think...

very detailed nit-pick - also very much my opinion:

The attachment of the crown (?) to the skulls. In the closeups, I can see tabs where the crown is attached to the skull. That tab needs to be the same copper/brass as the crown. Then some very fine darklining to show the separation.

I'm actually not seeing the eye OSL, I see glowy red eyes, but i think the osl has ended up looking like a shade on the head. I like the colors you ended up with, but for me, the metals, specifically the goldish colored pieces, look flat. I'm not sure if its the pics or the way it was meant to be, but specifically on those crotch loin cloth things, theres no depth to my eye. I don't want to be overly critical and thats not my intention at all, just some things that caught my attention. I do like what you've done with them really, they look menacing in this darker scheme.
