I think you can say that phrase in that context, can\'t you? as I said in another thread english is my second languish. Maybe it is funnier with resent.. maybe that\'s the original joke. Oh well.

Drake its a show called (extras) its basically ricky gervase and another woman and they have celebrities in each episode.

Its a play on words Squig!

Normally the saying is \"I resent that remark\"

But folks now use it as a joke, \"hey I resemble that remark\"....meaning that you are definately similar to the remark!
