As a US Army infantryman, I've been looking for a good Soldier miniature, and this one looks spot on. From his assault pack to his pouches, looks very authentic. Looking for more pics of him to see if I could make him look Army (depends on if the items are Army issue or Marine issue. So far, looks Army). The SF and fantasy figs look great too. Interested to see the rest of this line, looks like you are on to something.

Hello Bloodfather of Kharnath

With this particular figure probably the only significant difference is the Marine ACH. Its got the small lip at the front as opposed to a flush finish with Army style MICH.
