Making 2 pics into 1 pic

hey all! What is the best way to take 2 digital pics (front and back) and make them into 1 pic so that it can be posted?

Easy, assuming you have at least a rudimentary image editor. Resize the separate pics to the final size you want them to be. Then create a new empty image which is the size of them both together (either twice the width, or height, assuming they\'re both the same size and shape). Copy and paste the two images into this blank. For posting here, it might be better to make it double-tall to avoid triggering the width restriction (max. 600 pixels if I recall).

The best way I\'ve found so far is to use Photoshop. First, open the pic of the front and size and crop it so that it is half the size that you want the complete pic to be. Then, open the second pic and size it the same. Go back to the first pic and make the canvas size (not the image size) twice the width or height (depending on if you want to show the front and back side by side or above and below). Use the selection tool to outline the original picture and move it so that it is on one edge of the picture. Switch to the second pic and outline it. Copy the picture and paste it into the original picture. Since it will paste in as a second layer, you can then move it to the appropriate spot on the canvas.
