I think there really is something going wrong in our society. Don\'t know what might have changed, since I\'m barely 21 and sort of grew up with all those guys - but to my mind, children (including those of my age) don\'t even know the true meaning of respect and tend to make things more difficult than they are. If only there was a fine for using the word \"ghetto\" as a synonym for \"my home\"/\"the city that I live in\".
I do not know where this lack of politeness comes from - if it\'s from the media, where being tough is cool, if it\'s coming from a lack of education or whatever, but something should be done.
Though I know that everything one could do would be wrong, it\'s kinda like banning first-person shooters. They just cut off one twig, but they never get to the root of the problem.
Wow. Sorry for spamming your thread, friend.

every generation is different to the one that proceeded it.the parents think that the youths are out of control, and the youths think that the parents are uptight and strict. the media tends to side with the parents. currently its gangs, drugs and knife crime. before it was skin heads, before that it was Mods v Rockers. i thunk that the kids are partially to blame, as are the parents, some of whom cant be bothered to spend anytime with their children

I\'m not surprised at all. I\'m sure I was a little foul mouth when I was a little tacker. Me and my crew used to muck around at the local primary school and abandoned brick works factory. We were just kids (nine years old) at this time. I remember having a little cigga puff at that age, and getting up to some very mischievous behaviour. I turned out okay:)
I\'m sure they\'re good kids just chilling out. No harm.
