Marine WIP

Been painting these models on and off for the past few weeks, so thought I\'d get up a WIP post. Apologies on the somewhat poorly light balanced photo\'s, the weather in the UK is pap and my light tent is currently at work as I\'m having to do product shots for a website I\'m creating.

These models are pretty much my learning curve marines ready for painting up the rest of a small army I\'m collecting at the same time as some friends are doing theirs, so with luck the next lot of models will be a lot quicker than these. Aiming for a gaming standard army rather than anything else.

I\'m reasonably happy with the reds sofar and am working on the gold/bronzes currently. After that, I\'ll do the silver-based metalics and then finally the blue armour

Look clean and tidy to me. For the table they\'ll look pretty nice.

Small update, have mostly done the first coat on these two and part of the second coat on the terminator. For the overall army I\'ve decided that I need to make the base coat lighter. Still needs quite a bit of work on - need to speed up because I\'m starting to get bored doing them now
